I originally came upon this picture in a French magazine while on a three week trip in Le Chambon de Vorey, France. The little boy facinated me with his dirty face and dark eyes so I tore the picture out of the magazine and drew him. I gave the original sketch of the boy to a friend, but held on to the picture. He seemed to ask me to draw him again. So, while in Italy, I did.
