Rachel Frances Clancy (neé Goff)

a short summary

I am a born Canadian who has now lived in seven different countries (Canada, Mexico, USA, Italy, India, Scotland, and England). Home is with John and my kids in whatever place I happen to live at the moment. The west coast of B.C. will forever hold a place in my heart. Her wildness is etched into the deep places within me. Perhaps that’s why I’m always drawn to the wild. I love the journey that I’m on and the mystery in being a follower of ‘The Way’. I long to always abide in Christ and have His qualities become part of the core of who I am. I value community; at the same time, I crave and value solitude. I’ve wanted to be a mum since I was a wee girlie, lovingly caring for my baby dolls—which is definitely a good thing as I’m now a mum to four kiddos of my own! I embrace simplicity and will always be drawn to nature and beauty. In my spare time I like to dabble in artistic pursuits.

Aria Beth

interesting tidbits

Aria moved to her fourth country of residence before the age of five. She has always been up for an adventure and when she was only an infant of 6 months, she moved with her mum and dad to live in India. Perhaps because of a rather nomadic life-style from a young age, she embraces variety in her life. She loves being with people. Some of the things she especially loves to do are: dancing, painting, drawing, athletics, and riding her scooter to and from school.

Kiera Jean

interesting tidbits

Kiera had a mischievous glint in her eye from three weeks old and she’s never looked back! Not a day seems to pass when she is not teasing her brother. She loves routine and tends to prefer comfort over adventure. She has a charm about her that seems to draw people to herself and she makes friends easily. She likes to play—on her own or with others, draw, give cuddles, and take care of her baby sister.

John Leo the IV (aka Johnny)

interesting tidbits

Johnny is the lovable boy we just couldn’t do without. He is very sweet in how he gives out kisses and hugs and especially adores his baby sister. At the same time, he’s very boy-ish with a great love of all things that move on wheels. He points out every motorcycle, helicopter, aeroplane, digger, tractor, or lorry. He rides his scooter everywhere! No matter where we live, he adopts one or two favourite people who can do no wrong in his mind. His eyes are like two bits of dark chocolate.

Nia Susanna

interesting tidbits

Nia is a lively baby who loves being around people. She seems like she already wants to be on the move and participating in all that her siblings are doing. She likes to ‘talk’, smile, and spend time outside. She likes having a soft blanket to cuddle to her face when she goes to sleep.
